Dwayne was the founding pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he began in the year 2007. He serves as a board member of the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne has a passion for equipping the new generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of several online publications and is a contributing author in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three children.
